I enjoy building warm, supportive therapeutic relationships with my clients and creating a space where you'll feel really heard and understood. I draw on a number of different approaches and techniques which means I can tailor the way I work to what suits you best. Having worked for 20 years with musicians and artists in the music industry I have a unique insight into the creative industries and the situations artists can be faced with. I offer a chance to work creatively within sessions using sand tray therapy, guided imagery and drawing. These offer an expressive, creative and non-verbal approach alongside traditional talking therapy.

With over 22 years of experience in psychology and mental health, I am here to support adults, young people, children and families.

I work with a wide range of mental health and emotional needs including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, family break-up, realtionship difficulties, neurodiversity and trauma. Child and adolescent therapy will typically involve the use of play, art, craft, sandtray and/or clay field approaches. I also offer consultative support to parents and dyadic attachment focused therapy for parents/carers, who require support to strengthen parent-child relationships.
